- Experienced Office and Residential Buildings Manager required for an established and Property Investments Company.
- You will be responsible for the overall management of tenant leases, monthly reporting on various KPI’s and ultimately responsible for the day-to-day management of the properties.
Responsibilities: Meetings including production of minutes
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (BCOM preferred).
- 3-5+ years’ experience as a Property financial Manager.
