Description:
We are a Brokerage seeking to employ Financial Advisors in Swellendam, Heidelberg, Bredasdorp, Mosselbay, Knysna, and Beaufort West. The purpose of this role is to deliver personalized solutions to assist clients in their long-term financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify and target clients in the relevant market segment to establish a strong client base.
- Conduct a financial needs analysis with the client to establish their future goals and needs.
- Identify and convincingly market suitable products to the clients that satisfy the clients’ needs.
- Close the sale and comply with the relevant compliance and legislation.
- Keep abreast of new developments in the industry and market trends.
- Develop relationships with clients by reviewing at regular intervals.
- Comply with the Mission Statement and Objectives of the company.
Competencies:
Presenting and communicating information by applying expertise and technology. Delivering results and meeting customer expectations achieving personal work goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Min Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Financial Advisor
- FIAS compliant
- Computer literate
- Own vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
