Responsibilities:

• Manage permanent staff and schedule their work daily.
• Respond to clients daily in a timely manner.
• Oversee installations and manage our backend systems.
• Maintain our network and constantly check frequencies and micro points of presence.
• Engage frequently with clients and resolve queries and complaints expediently.
• Engage with fibre suppliers.
• Be prepared to work after hours to maintain network infrastructure and keep clients happy.
• Have a vision for the growth of the business and be prepared to install and implement growth plans to double our current customer base.
• This person would need to be self-motivated, and self-driven.
• We are looking for someone who is interested in long term involvement and commitment.
