We are offering a grand opportunity; we are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join our fast-growing team in Knysna.

Responsibilities:

  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Screening phone calls, emails, inquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Organizing and maintaining the director’s meeting flow and scheduling appointments.
  • Arranging local and international travel, visas, and accommodation if needed. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the director is well prepared for them.
  • Compile daily client reports on platforms.
  • Buying equipment, office supplies, and stationery for the office.
  • Filing & Do all the Administration for the office.
  • Maturity to handle a range of situations.
  • Be extremely tidy, professional, and organized.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills (English and Afrikaans essential).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must use discretion and possess an understanding of dealing with issues of confidential nature.
  • Work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential and industry-specific software (which you will be trained in).
  • Assisting the director with any personal and admin-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Driver’s License & Own Reliable Vehicle.
  • Higher Certificate/Diploma/Degree.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent computer and administration skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • The ability to use your own initiative.
