  • Grade 12/ Matriculation
  • Three (3) year National Diploma (NQF 6)/ Undergraduate bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Public/Business Administration/Public/Business Management/Human Resources Management
  • Five (5) years functional experience in Public Administration environment of which two (2) years must be at a supervisory level

Duties:

  • Provide strategic project coordination service within Director-General office
  • Provide advice
  • Management in the office of the DG on the status image of the Department emanating from internal and external Stakeholders
  • Provide information analysis support on the matter raised by the Director-General through Stakeholder Relationship and Hotline Develop and ensure the implementation of administrative measures for the efficient operation of the Director-Generals office
  • Manage effective and efficient coordination of secretariat services for various committee meetings
