Description:
We have a vacancy for a candidate in the Back Office team whose primary function will be to support the Call Centre by being the middleman between the client and credit providers.
Requirements:
- Matric, fully computer literate, Strong administration background, very good excel skills, Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills – Afrikaans and English written and verbal skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Work independently with little supervision.
- Trust-worthy can work in team.
- Must be able to start ASAP.
- Successful completion of Debt counselling course would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the NCA would be advantageous.
