Responsibilities:

• The duties of Icon Prep’s Dean of Instruction are to coordinate the instruction of students, evaluate and plan the implementation of curriculum, and foster a positive atmosphere for the academic institution.
• The dean’s job is to motivate students to succeed and coach teachers to become better educators. Typical responsibilities are to design, coordinate, and implement the academic mission and goals for the school and ensure that the institutional stakeholders hold to their commitment to education. The dean acts as an organizational head and manger that provides feedback and completes evaluations for teachers.
• The dean will also work with school leadership and teachers to plan and problem solve issues related to classroom instruction and management.
