Renowned National Motor Dealership is seeking a dynamic, vibrant and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join their team. Must be very well-groomed, well-spoken and highly presentable. Confident, able to converse with high society such as Doctors, Lawyers, CEO’s etc. Able to handle objections and excelling at people networking (Socialite).

Requirements:

  • Driver’s license.
  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
  • Computer literate (MS Office suite).
  • Motor Industry Experience.
  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Project and Process Management.
  • Leadership Skills.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Marketing or CRM Qualifications.
  • Understanding of Premium Brands.
  • Understanding of Database Marketing.
  • High level of Numeracy and Literacy.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Budget Management Skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations, other industry regulatory bodies and their relevance.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop, plan and implement effective strategies and processes across the Dealership to contribute towards the achievement of the company’s sales objectives by the development and implementation of robust loyalty and prospect communication programs
  • Lead planning, campaign planning and the co-ordination of Lead Management Process.
  • Identify and maximise opportunities within the Customer Journey.
  • Plan and implement lead generation activities through other premium partnerships, eCRM/online lead generation and through dealer events for conquest opportunities.
  • Manage the Dealer CRM database and processes to ensure the data is regularly cleansed and effectively used in loyalty and conquest activities.
  • Compile monthly reports based on following criteria: Number of deals quoted, Number of deals closed, Client appointments on call sheet/ copy of calendar, Number of test drives concluded, Pipeline of prospects and potential deals.
  • Correct administration and documentation for audit purposes.
  • 4 x Marketing Activities per annum. Submission of quarterly business plans.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings.
  • Attend all relevant Dealership training courses.
