Responsibilities:

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major Corporate clients to ensure they do not turn to competitors.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing Corporate customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key Corporate customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by Corporate customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key Corporate clients and the company.
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints.
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
  • Managing potential Sales Managers team assigned.
  • Strategic planning to improve client results.
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client. Working with IT design, sales team, creative and marketing managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same Corporate client account to ensure the highest quality of service and all client needs to be met.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  • Analysing client data to provide customer relationship management accordingly.
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
  • Manage National Events for Booster Team and ensure increased Sales.
  • Design and Manage Sales Strategies accordingly.
