Job Description:
Purpose of the Job: The primary responsibility of the T Control and Monitor operator is to ensure an efficient operation of the control room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct.
- Carry out instructions to employees.
- Must multi-task in spreadsheets and monitoring.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Certified. Solid Computer Proficiency.
- Have experience in control room/C.C.T.V.
- Experience/ Call center experience.
- Must live in or around the bluff area
- Must have reliable transport.
Competencies:
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Ability to generate reports.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- To be able to work in a team.
- To be able to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work shifts.
- Must be punctual and self-motivated.
