Purpose of the Job:

The primary responsibility of the Control and Monitor operator is to ensure an efficient operation of the control room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct’.
• Carry out instructions to employees.
• Must multi-task in spread sheets and monitoring

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric Certified. Solid Computer Proficiency.
• Have experience in control room/C.C.T.V.
• Experience/ Call center experience.
• Must live in or around the bluff area, Durban.
• Must have reliable transport.

Competencies:

• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Ability to generate reports.
• Excellent reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication Skills.
• To be able to work in a team.
• To be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work shifts.
• Must be punctual and self-motivated.
