Our Structural Concrete company is looking to employ a skilled and qualified Contracts Manager.
Experience:
- Min 10 years ‘experience and in-depth knowledge of: Leading and supervising site foreman and their teams. Formwork erection, including reinforcement, support work, etc.
- Structural concrete.
- Concrete product knowledge.
- Understanding structural / engineering / architectural drawings. Programme planning and progress management.
- Project management and logistic planning.
- Resource management.
- Materials, concrete and steel ordering.
- Management of all resources cost effectively.
- Knowledge of Labour legislation and OHSA.
- Able to work at heights.
Skills:
- Problem solving.
- Email / Excel / One Drive.
- Highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
- Organizational and leadership skills.
