Description:

A leading company offering residential, commercial and industrial construction and building services is looking for a Contract Co-Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will we be preparing bids and would require you to assist us at all stages until the project is complete.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain sub-contract data base.
  • Maintain material suppliers’ database.
  • Prepare bid documents ensuring sufficient information available to prepare bid.
  • Prepare bill of quantities.
  • Conduct bid evaluations.
  • Attending regular site meetings.
  • Reporting on the progress of projects.
  • Manage variations & extras.

Requirements:

  • Our work is technical in nature, so you need to be a fast learner.
  • The ability to work under pressure or according to certain deadlines is very important.
  • Relevant Building Trade qualification or experience.
  • Must be willing to work half day on Saturdays & after hours on week days.
  • Building project experience.
  • Experience with working with tenders.
  • Minimum experience 1 year.
  • Doing estimations and costings.
  • Budget planning.
  • Own vehicle, laptop and Valid Driver’s License.
