Description:
A leading company offering residential, commercial and industrial construction and building services is looking for a Contract Co-Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will we be preparing bids and would require you to assist us at all stages until the project is complete.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain sub-contract data base.
- Maintain material suppliers’ database.
- Prepare bid documents ensuring sufficient information available to prepare bid.
- Prepare bill of quantities.
- Conduct bid evaluations.
- Attending regular site meetings.
- Reporting on the progress of projects.
- Manage variations & extras.
Requirements:
- Our work is technical in nature, so you need to be a fast learner.
- The ability to work under pressure or according to certain deadlines is very important.
- Relevant Building Trade qualification or experience.
- Must be willing to work half day on Saturdays & after hours on week days.
- Building project experience.
- Experience with working with tenders.
- Minimum experience 1 year.
- Doing estimations and costings.
- Budget planning.
- Own vehicle, laptop and Valid Driver’s License.
