Introduction:
We are looking for a young dynamic individual to join our team specializing in the upmarket residential construction in Cape Town.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting with tenders, Measurements of works as per the Standard Systems.
- Monitoring & reporting on project budgetary allowances.
- Preparation of Monthly valuation claims.
- Preparation of Final accounts.
- Identify & pricing of variations.
- Manage & control sub-contractor packages.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Btech QS or BSc (Hons) QS. 1-3 years’ experience.
- Afrikaans & English literate.
- MS Office and Projects literate.
- CCS candy would be beneficial.
- Driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Must be able to perform under pressure.
- Package & Remuneration.
- Market related depending on experience and qualifications.
