Description:
Fosaj International is currently looking for a Communications and Marketing Coordinator to help us create sustained awareness of the services we provide among students in high schools, colleges, and universities and their parents, friends and families, and institutional administrators. You must be residing in any African country and very conversant with the education system(s) of the country.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Fosaj International Student Services brand by developing Public Relations strategies and campaigns to build public awareness of the organization; build relationships with the community and media contacts
- Develop creative branding and execute promotion of programs and events (info sessions)
- Track annual campaign results considering marketing budget
- Work with Public Relations team to determine communication needs for various programs and initiatives throughout the year
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary training in Communications/Marketing/Public Relations
- Graphic Design experience producing creative artwork using Adobe Creative Suite
- 3+ years of related work experience with demonstrated success
- Strong writing skills
- Strong technical skills and ability to work with online content management systems
- Experience building online presence using social media tools
- Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
- Proven writing, speaking and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Ability to build positive working relationships and work cooperatively in an office setting
- Focused, organized and thorough when accomplishing tasks with an eye for detail
- Positive demeanour and friendly attitude to take on multiple tasks and support the team
- Proven ability to work without supervision and manage satellite offices
- Confidentially manage database of clients/contacts/network to encourage institutional relationships with Fosaj International Student Services.
