Nurses on Call is hiring urgently for Clinical Facilitator
Description:
Urgently looking for The Clinical Facilitator within the Cape Town area to be responsible for the facilitation of teaching and learning of the theoretical and clinical components in a clinical environment to reinforce the learning process as well as the integration of theory and practice to reinforce the learning process.
Requirements:
- Registered as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council or equivalent NQF 7.
- Must be experienced or trained in all Wards including Maternity and ICU.
- Preferably assessor and moderator trained.
- Appropriate qualification in Education.t
Key skills and responsibilities:
- Coaching / Leadership. Decision Making. Customer focus and service delivery.
- Teamwork, Technical Support, Experience, Experience in the clinical nursing environment.
- Minimum two years of working experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Research literacy.
- Intermediate computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of stakeholder relationship management.
