Description:

• We require a Candidate Attorney to join our busy Sandton based firm.
• We practice in various areas of the law including conveyancing, notarial work, civil litigation, debt collection, labour law and deceased estates.
• The successful candidate will be trained over a 2-year period in many different aspects of the law, but predominantly in the Conveyancing Department.
• We require an individual that shows initiative, can work independently, approach workload with a sense of urgency and respects the adage “client is king”.

Requirements:

• LL.B. degree
• Sound knowledge in Property Law and Conveyancing Practice
• Attention to detail and Excellent communication skills
• Ability to organise large amounts of information
• Problem-solving and thinking outside the box
• Administrative skills for a busy conveyancing department
• Good interpersonal skills, be able to work in a team and must be able to work under pressure Resilience is essential
• Professional manner and ability to communicate well at all levels
• Good Computer Literacy in MS Office Suites i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
