Requirements:

  • A Matric qualification coupled with extensive contact center experience at a senior management level, subject to the candidate meeting specific strategic skills requirements.
  • A relevant degree Commerce, Business Operations, Sales or Marketing will be advantageous.
  • A track record of 8-years contact center management experience, preferably within a sales environment.
  • Previous experience in customer relationship management systems.
  • Proven track record in a high pressure and diverse target driven sales environment.
  • Track record of senior management experience and capability to manage, motivate teams and lead them in achieving objectives.
