A vibrant call Centre situated in Randburg seeks to employ an experienced Sales manager(s) between 27-45 Years of age willing to grow a call Centre,

Key Performance arrears:

Be able to conduct performance management at the manager & agent level, Be able to conduct coaching daily, compile monthly sales performance reports, send out hourly performance stats, manage call Centre campaigns, design incentive plans with ROI’s (return on investment), formulate monthly award programs.

Skills required:

Facilitation, coaching, Autocratic & Democratic leadership, team player, good communication & writing skills, excellent energy levels & Microsoft outlook knowledge crucial.
