Location: South Africa

Job Type: Full-time

Working hours:

  • Saturday – 8:00 to 4.30
  • Sunday – 8:00 to 4.30
  • Monday to Friday – 8:00 to 3.30
  • (1 day off during the week)

Duties:

  • Answer client calls and capture details on to relevant systems.
  • Respond to clients via email and WhatsApp for any queries.

Requirements:

  • Must be very well spoken in English must be fully computer literate.
  • Must have excellent customer service abilities.
  • Matric essential.
  • Other qualifications are a bonus.
  • Willing to work on Saturday and Sunday.
