  • 3 or more years supervisory/ staff management experience.

  • Clear criminal record.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Pro-active independent worker.

Summary of Key responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the building.
  • Maintenance of the garden and grounds.
  • Safety and security of residents and staff.
  • Administration.
  • Staff management and development.
  • Be available by phone 24 hours a day in case of emergency.
  • Take charge of all emergencies in the building.
