- 5 Years Building Management, project management or construction.
- 3 or more years supervisory/ staff management experience.
- Matric.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Own transport.
- Clear criminal record.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Pro-active independent worker.
Summary of Key responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the building.
- Maintenance of the garden and grounds.
- Safety and security of residents and staff.
- Administration.
- Staff management and development.
- Be available by phone 24 hours a day in case of emergency.
- Take charge of all emergencies in the building.
