Job Summary:

Come join an exciting team of boating professionals! StanCraft Boat Co. is seeking an experienced Boat Finisher in beautiful Hayden, Idaho. We are only minutes to crystal clear lakes like; Lake Coeur d’Alene, Hayden Lake, and Lake Pend Oreille – an outdoor paradise. At StanCraft Boat Co. we build and maintain high-end, custom African Mahogany boats. We are also an authorized sales and service dealership for MasterCraft, Centurion, Formula, and Manitou Pontoon boats. Our team works on virtually every type of boat; inboard, outboard, and sterndrive applications.

Prior experience and skills in boat or auto body repair. Must have a working knowledge of paint finishes and measures for fairness of curves and surfaces. This job requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to stand on your feet all day and block sand.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid State issued Driver’s License
• Previous finish experience is required
• Knowledge of proper use of power tools
• Pass Drug and Alcohol testing and submit to random drug test when required
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Know and comply with all StanCraft and required polices and safety procedures
• Block sand boat finishes to standard
• Work with paint finishes

Experience:

• Auto body repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
• License/Certification: Driver’s License (Preferred)
