H&S Labour Brokers is looking for a Benefits Investigation Manager

Duties:
- Manage internal departmental functions and processes
- Provide input to the strategic management of the section
- Manage the implementation of Section 37C: Dependency investigations for death benefit allocations
- Administer ill-health retirement / lifelong pension benefit applications
- Manage the provision of social services to guardian cases and implementation of Benefits Committee, Board & Medical Panel decisions, requests / referrals for case investigations and social advice from other internal Departments
- People management
- Manage annual budgets & costs
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social Sciences or related. Registered with professional bodies – where applicable.
- At least 5 years job-related experience, which should include at least 2 years’ experience in a management role. Knowledge of an African Language is an advantage
- Driver’s license
