H&S Labour Brokers is looking for a Benefits Investigation Manager

Location: South Africa

Job Type: Full-time

Duties:

  • Manage internal departmental functions and processes
  • Provide input to the strategic management of the section
  • Manage the implementation of Section 37C: Dependency investigations for death benefit allocations
  • Administer ill-health retirement / lifelong pension benefit applications
  • Manage the provision of social services to guardian cases and implementation of Benefits Committee, Board & Medical Panel decisions, requests / referrals for case investigations and social advice from other internal Departments
  • People management
  • Manage annual budgets & costs

Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social Sciences or related. Registered with professional bodies – where applicable.
  • At least 5 years job-related experience, which should include at least 2 years’ experience in a management role. Knowledge of an African Language is an advantage
  • Driver’s license
