Description:

• We are looking for a passionate and talented beauty therapist who also has good experience in Brow Threading for a full-time position, starting ASAP. Living in, or close to, Norwood.
• The successful candidate must be immaculately groomed, professional in manner, highly detail-orientated, customer centric, hygienic and be able to confidently retail Dermalogica and Environ.
• A strong work ethic and proactive approach to solving problems is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately analyse guests needs and offer all treatments expected of grading level, carried out to the highest possible quality level.
• Maintain a hygienic working environment.
• Advise guests on the appropriate treatment according to their needs.
• Advise guests on the appropriate retail products for home care.
• Actively up-sell and cross sell treatments and retail products.
• Maintain and care for equipment and work tools entrusted to you.
• Regularly attend and participate in the required training modules.
• Always maintain a positive, friendly and empathetic relationship with all guests.
• Work as a proactive, team-player and cope well under pressure within the confines of a busy store. Work well with franchisee to achieve sales, service and business objectives.
• Assist from time to time in additional general operational work, as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Accredited Beauty Degree or Diploma qualification.
• A passion for great service.
• South African ID, Aslam Visa or valid work permit.
• Strong sales record.
• Previous experience in Dermalogica, Sorbet and Environ preferable
