Job Summary:
Our Baristas are responsible for serving our customers the best beverage and food, while maintaining service and brand standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service in line with brand standards.
- Produce and serve all drinks and food to brand standards and recipes.
- Maintain stock levels/availability by replenishing display/fridges and rotating stock within company guidelines/planograms.
- Maintain standards of Health, Safety and Cleanliness.
- Upsell and demonstrate product knowledge by answering and suggesting to the customers to maximize sales.
- Operate the till in line with brand training.
- Maintain hygiene standards inside the store and patio area and regularly check that all areas are in compliance to company standards.
- Complete all tasks required by the daily cleaning schedule.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are delivered and displayed as per standard.
