Description:
Our client, a big player within the IT industry offers support services to several businesses within the banking, public and retail space. They are looking for a professional Assistant Marketing Manager to augment their team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and generating Sales and Marketing material for AWS (PDFs, battle cards, brochures, website landing pages, etc.).
- Writing customer case studies for the AWS department. Lead generation using various paid advertising campaigns (Google; Facebook; LinkedIn, etc.). Executing AWS marketing strategies. Assisting at marketing and industry events (Some travel will be expected). Assisting with writing scripts for, recording, presenting, and marketing Webinars.
- Assisting VP Marketing with all internal and external marketing activities.
- Meeting with AWS partners and strategic stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Needs to be able to always represent a professional image.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Marketing/PR/Sales role (digital or traditional).
- Marketing or journalism diploma – internal marketing training.
- Some general knowledge of IT. Excellent communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail. Willingness to continuously stay up to date with AWS technologies.
- A portfolio of blog posts thought leadership pieces or other content that you have created needs to be shared.
