The talented Culinary Operations Assistant will service the following duties:

• Inventory management, keeping accurate records
• Provisioning as necessary
• Menu preparation assistance
• Maintenance of COVID-19 standards
• Administrative assistance and research (non-profit experience & grant research/experience a plus)
• Developing and/or maintaining internal communication and marketing tools and systems with our team (Asana, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Event coordination, location management (paid at separate rate per event)
• Provide team leadership and maintain high standards
• Develop community relationships

Qualifications:

• Background: Culinary or catering background preferred, ideal for culinary students looking for experience, experienced assistants ok to apply, and ok to apply to donate your time if you dig the cause too
• Ability to work all shifts required
• Strong team building and customer service skills
• Proficient in sanitation standards
• Proficiency with organization and planning
• Administrative skills, and the willingness to learn and grow with the team
• Proven record of delivering results on time and on budget
