Requirements:
- Three-year tertiary qualification in Contact Centre Management/ Public Management/ Business Administration/ Management / Public Administration / Financial Management
- Four (4) years’ experience of which two (2) years must be functional in Call Centre/ Operations Management environment and two (2) years’ experience at a supervisory level
