Looking for an Administrator/Receptionist

Admin Duties & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing attendance register & covid screening.
- Answering phone/arrange couriers/ordering stock etc.
- Generating quotes.
- Opening job cards and managing of manufacturing and installation dates.
- Liaise with customers.
- Submit staff hours to payroll to process weekly wages.
- Submit creditors invoices to bookkeeper.
- Ensure the required billing is submitted on time and accurately.
- Follow up with outstanding debtors.
- Control & issuing of safety gear.
- Assist owner with daily tasks & admin.
- Drafting, issuing & updating of staff contracts for all staff.
- Maintaining personnel files by recording of Disciplinary matters, Leave Issuing of payslips.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Matric with advanced computer (MS Office) skills.
- At least 5 years’ experience in an admin position.
- Code 8 drivers’ licence and own transport essential.
- Good administrative skills.
- Good communication skills both verbal and in writing.
- The ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent planning, organizational & filing skills.
- Analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills.
- Responsible, reliable and honest.
- Strong personality type able to work in an environment.
