We are a debt review company based in cape town CBD. We are growing our call centre capabilities and require the skills of Proposals administrator.
The potential candidate should have a thorough understanding of the administrative aspects of the debt review process. Have basic knowledge to establish if a client is over indebted. Must be familiar with Finwise (compulsory).
The individual would be required to do the following: Capturing certificate of balance on finwise. Sending proposals to creditors. Sending debit order cancellations to creditors. Dealing with customer queries.
