African Lion Safari is looking for an Administrative/Public Relations Assistant

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekends

Job Description and Duties:

• Answer phones manage incoming calls, forward calls to the appropriate departments.
• Respond to general email requests and forwarding to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail.
• Cover the Administration Coordinator days off.
• Provide on-site PR support including dealing with general customer complaints and providing excellent customer service.
• Provide general First Aid.
• Assist with the Wake Up the Wild Tour.
• Assist with Gift Card and SOI online orders.
• Responsible for office closure or late PR on schedule day(s).
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must possess excellent organizational, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations and individuals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Must possess a Driver’s License.
• Required to work weekends and holidays during operating season.
