Description
We are in search of a young, energetic individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and assist with daily office requirements.
Job description (but not limited to):
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Prepare quotations and invoices (pastel experience an advantage, but not necessity).
- Produce and distribute correspondence emails, letters, etc.
- Generate general reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Resolve administrative problems.
- Maintain and assist with employee wages, holiday records, warning, etc, etc.
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
Requirements:
- Own transport
- Basic Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Pastel experience advantageous, but not a requirement.
- Willing to work after hours when required.
