Job Description:
- Provide professional and outstanding services to all guests
- Provide necessary assistance to guests concerning menu items
- Ensure customers are responded to in a proper manner
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Perform any other relevant tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- At least 1+ years of experience working as an order taker in a reputable restaurant
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Must be a responsible and reliable person
- Excellent telephone etiquettes
- Should be able to work well under pressure
- Must be able to handle busy environments
- Excellent customer service skills required
