Our company is looking for Admin/Office Administrator who has proven knowledge and skills in Admin work.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- With excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Can carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Proficient in computer software programs.
- Data organization and strong record keeping skills.
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents.
- Maintaining general office files including job files and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Bookkeeping skills such as invoicing and monitoring accounts receivable.
