Min Requirements:

  • Grade 12.
  • Excellent computer and Admin skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Dropbox.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • English spoken and written / Additional languages (Afrikaans) given preference.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Must be a team player.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail orientated and works with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Highly organized and flexible.
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
  • Must think out the box and have a friendly demeanour.
  • Takes initiative.
  • Must be willing to learn and be involved in all aspects of the company.

Duties:

  • Assistant to Operations Manager.
  • Fulfilling secretarial and / or administrative duties as deemed necessary from time to time. Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Taking notes and minutes in meetings.
  • Ordering and stock take of office supplies & PPE.
  • Preparing documents for meetings, staff hearings, vendors, contracts.
  • Greeting and directing visitors and new staff.
  • Writing and issuing emails and notices to teams and departments on behalf of senior staff.
  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes.
  • Administration support as required.
  • Keep track of sick notes and leave forms & staff contracts – basic HR support.
  • Assisting with clock ins and time sheets.
  • Assisting with daily checks.
  • Capturing order
