Min Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Excellent computer and Admin skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel.
- Working knowledge of Dropbox.
- Valid driver’s license.
- English spoken and written / Additional languages (Afrikaans) given preference.
- Personal Attributes:
- Must be a team player.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail orientated and works with a high degree of accuracy.
- Highly organized and flexible.
- Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
- Must think out the box and have a friendly demeanour.
- Takes initiative.
- Must be willing to learn and be involved in all aspects of the company.
Duties:
- Assistant to Operations Manager.
- Fulfilling secretarial and / or administrative duties as deemed necessary from time to time. Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings.
- Ordering and stock take of office supplies & PPE.
- Preparing documents for meetings, staff hearings, vendors, contracts.
- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff.
- Writing and issuing emails and notices to teams and departments on behalf of senior staff.
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes.
- Administration support as required.
- Keep track of sick notes and leave forms & staff contracts – basic HR support.
- Assisting with clock ins and time sheets.
- Assisting with daily checks.
- Capturing order
