Description:
We are an environmental drilling & remediation company looking for a admin and operational assistant.
Essential Functions:
- Assist Managing Director and Financial Controller in all admin and operation functions, including but not exclusive to the following:
- Populating staff timesheets.
- Travel arrangements for teams working out of office.
- Answering phone calls.
- Completing staff expense reports.
- General filing of paperwork.
- Ordering & purchasing of stock.
- Vehicle roadworthy, licencing and registration management.
- Scheduling staff training.
- General admin duties.
Requirements:
- Matric. Valid driver’s license & own vehicle (use of personal vehicle will be reimbursed according to standard AA rates).
- Five years-experience in general admin, PA or operations support.
- Computer literate with experience in the following software.
- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.
Note:
- Option available to work from home for 2 days per week.
- Permanent location will be based in Stikland, Cape Town.
