Description:
Thorough knowledge of computer, accounting and taxation as well as previous experience with SARS will count in your favour. Appropriate candidate must have a pleasant personality with good communication skills and must be able to function well under pressure and meet deadlines. Non-smokers will be given preference.
Your duties will include the following:
- Accounting to trial balance stage Preparation of financial statements for small businesses, CCs, companies and trusts Filing of all types of tax returns, including VAT201, EMP201 etc.
- Dealing with statutory returns.
- Client consultations.
- Training and assistance to junior staff.
- Liaison with SARS.
