We’re looking for a Hungry Champion to bring their flare, commitment and business know-how to our team. Your official title will be Account Manager, which means we want you to be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, making sure we always change the game through pace, accuracy and scale. Responsibilities:

  • Management of multiple communication projects that will help our clients achieve their business goals, look after clients we assign to you as their single point of contact and biggest supporter.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Make sure our clients receive exactly what they’re expecting, when they’re expecting it.
  • Make sure the team responsible for making things happen knows what our clients expect.
  • Develop forecasts and track client account metrics.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while also meeting Urban.
  • Nation’s company goals including up-selling, cross-selling and identifying new opportunities to grow our business.
  • Coordinate with the Urban Nation team working on the same client account to deliver consistent quality service.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to reach and land prospective clients.
  • Keep a level head and meet deadlines as you take care of multiple clients concurrently.
  • Keep records of client transactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Account management experience (3 – 5 years in the Advertising & Marketing industry). Client-focused solutions sales experience.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate client needs to the rest of the team.
  • Talent for influencing senior people within the client’s management structure.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships at the same time.
  • Excellent communication skills, including negotiation skills and listening.
  • Ability to deliver sales and feedback presentations.
  • Time management skills
  • A Degree or Diploma
