We are seeking a qualified sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills as well as the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives.

The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.

Job responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, and build LiuGong local platform in the North African Region including Morocco / Tunisia / Algeria.
  2. Develop strategic cooperation dealership in North African Region, including establishing productive and professional relationships with dealers and key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
  3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, negotiate and close agreements with large customers;
  4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements, research and identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
  5. Regular visiting the local markets to seek potential business opportunities and develop sales accounts
  6. Responsible for collecting relevant market information including customer data, competitive intelligence, market research, feedback, and market metrics. Develop market strategies based on that information and implement those plans
  7. Responsible for receivable and invoicing management
  8. Responsible for sales forecast, market analysis, collecting and analyzing market information, studying the dynamics of competitors, and adopting corresponding countermeasures.
  9. Clearly understand the KPI and the annual sale target required for this role, and manage the profitability of the sales in the assigned area to ensure adequate return and annual sale targets can be achieved.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/ Bachelor in mechanical or international trade related or equivalent.
  2. 5 to 10 years of construction machinery sales
  3. Proficient in computer operation and various sales systems;
  4. Have strong communication skills, a steadfast and strong sense of responsibility
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to speak with production workers to customer management;
  6. Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English/ French.
