Box Shop is looking for Driver Picker and Packer

Location: South Africa

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R5000 – R6000 dependent on the candidate’s experience

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08h00 – 16h30; Saturdays 09h00 – 13h00 and Stock Take once a month please send cv to the following email only.

Requirements:

• The core purpose of the role: Driver position Code 10 with PDP.
• Delivering and collecting goods. Picking and Packing Of goods.
• Loading customer’s goods. Stocktake once a month.
• Managing and stocking shelves with merchandise.
• Should be physically fit as the job requires standing, walking, lifting, and carrying of stock as and when required.
• Keeping the store and factory neat.
• To deliver a customer service experience.
• To be friendly and helpful is our top priority.
• Carry out duties to help support Box Shop’s vision and mission.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the Manager.
• Comfortable working with members of the public. Take initiative.
• Ensure a positive personal impact on all. Planning and Control.
• Working with systems that are in place.
• Attention to detail.
• Be prepared to work as a team and independently.
• Display a “CAN DO, WILL DO, HAPPY TO DO” winning attitude.
• Should stay close to work in the following areas preferably. Edenvale / Greenstone / Bedfordview / Kensington / Germiston / Kempton Park / Boksburg or surrounding areas. Position to be filled before the end of March 2022.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience driving with a Code 10 License.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a retail environment.
• Picking and packing.
• Working knowledge of stock control management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education to include minimum matric in Math, English, and Afrikaans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
