About:

This well-established manufacturing company, based in Ottery, is seeking an HR Partner to assist and be part of the HR/Operations function of the company.

Requirements:

Previous exposure in a manufacturing company is preferable as well as 5 years general HR experience including Payroll exposure.

A good knowledge of Labor relations is a must have!

Essential Job Functions:

  • Day-to-Day HR administration and queries, Completion and submission of Employment Equity reports. Skills development including WSP/ATR Submission.
  • Assisting with recruitment function. Payroll information submission.
  • All Third-party payroll payments.
  • EMP501 submission and reconciliation.
  • Overseeing and assisting with all staff benefits.
  • Drafting employment contracts.
  • Submission and follow up of WCA claims and submission of Return of earnings.
  • Assist with Disciplinary functions including warnings, counselling and hearings, Staff counselling and guidance.
  • HR Projects.
