The hiring company is a well-known food manufacturing company that focuses on nuts, dried fruits & spices all over the Middle East and Africa

Age: 40 years old and above

Minimum Work Experience: 5-10 Years

Minimum Education Level: High-School / Secondary

Job Role:

  • Responsible for managing existing clients to maximize sales as per category potential & develop business with whole sellers for bulk supplies within the West Africa Region
  • Key Focus Markets (West Africa): Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Benin, Cameroon, Senegal, Liberia, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Congo, Angola, Sierra Leone, Mali
  • Achieve monthly volume & value sales targets
  • Work with existing customers to optimize category sales potential
  • Ensure Company Guidelines are implemented
  • Monitor customer stock position closely to avoid the stock situation
  • Making sure Company items on display all time as per MSL by the store
  • Ensure Company Guidelines are implemented in both
  • Provide consistent on the job training and information support to partner team and customer as per Company guidelines
  • Identify and appoint potential wholesalers, Importers & agents in assigned territories to maximize sales as per the market potential
  • Provide market intelligence (competition pricing, potential items by country, etc.) to Company managers on a monthly basis

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or any relevant certificates
  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience in the East/West African market
  • Knowledgeable of the Wholesale market, food Importers & supermarket chains in West Africa
  • A strong network of relationships with whole-sellers, food importers in focus markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Open for locally available candidates
