Looking for an Administrator/Receptionist

Location: South Africa

Job Type: Full-time

Admin Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing attendance register & covid screening.
  • Answering phone/arrange couriers/ordering stock etc.
  • Generating quotes.
  • Opening job cards and managing of manufacturing and installation dates.
  • Liaise with customers.
  • Submit staff hours to payroll to process weekly wages.
  • Submit creditors invoices to bookkeeper.
  • Ensure the required billing is submitted on time and accurately.
  • Follow up with outstanding debtors.
  • Control & issuing of safety gear.
  • Assist owner with daily tasks & admin.
  • Drafting, issuing & updating of staff contracts for all staff.
  • Maintaining personnel files by recording of Disciplinary matters, Leave Issuing of payslips.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Matric with advanced computer (MS Office) skills.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an admin position.
  • Code 8 drivers’ licence and own transport essential.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and in writing.
  • The ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
  • Excellent planning, organizational & filing skills.
  • Analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills.
  • Responsible, reliable and honest.
  • Strong personality type able to work in an environment.
