Description:
Airbnb Manager wanted for string of Airbnbs managed in Port Alfred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Management of staff and ensuring apartments are cleaned to satisfactory level
- Management of Booking Platforms
- Stock take of apartments
- General inspections and ensuring apartments are fully equipped for new arrivals
- Checking guests in, communicating via phone and mail and booking platforms to ensure smooth check in when guests arrived
- Dealing with issues related to stays “examples could be faulty lights, water issues, geyser issues
- Managing and maintaining healthy relationship with Chief operations officer and ensuring feedback and communication is done efficiently
- Ensuring laundry is done and neatly packing of laundry room to efficiently run the business
- Must be a problem solver and troubleshooting minded
Requirements:
- Own computer or laptop
- Own car needed
- Must be computer literate and be familiar with the Airbnb system
- Should be a motivated self-driven person to work with a growing business that offers potential growth with the company
