Contract Group is looking for Sales and Admin Assistant
Location: South Africa
Job Type: Full-time
Duties Include:
- Liaising with these clients, telephonically, via email & in person.
- Processing orders received from clients.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Maintaining sample requirements.
- Processing quotation requests.
- Processing of invoices as well as credit notes.
- Following up with the delivery team on client’s orders that need to be delivered.
- Be the contact person that these clients contact for any queries/inquiries.
- Supporting the salesperson with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Requirements:
- Matric – Senior Certificate.
- Computer Literacy Essential Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
- Administrative duties typing; filing.
- Attention to detail
- Good Admin Skills and organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills and telephone manner.
- Previous experience advantageous but not essential
