About You:
You are an experienced digital marketing generalist. You are adept at shaping and sharing relevant content towards a social change goal. You have demonstrated the ability to translate disparate pieces of content, thought, and a vision into a coherent and easily digestible piece of content.
You have a keen eye for design, able to create impactful imagery and copy aligned with the brand. You speak the “lingo” – and are able to engage with service providers on marketing needs. You are able to check for quality and coherence at every stage of your work. You are also analytical, able to measure campaign success, and are able to present insights in a professional manner.
You are a motivated, creative professional with a passion for social impact. You see your role as going beyond your technical expertise and contributing more broadly to a narrative around nurturing the next generation of educators.

What we need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience within a digital marketing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Competency in Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva etc.
- Competency in MailChimp, WordPress and Google Analytics
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Creative, high energy, and willing to continuously learn and grow
- Experience in a start-up or social change environment a bonus

Key Roles:
- Work closely with internal and external specialists to create various marketing materials
- Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents and materials
- Meet with internal and external parties and gather information from various users to develop graphics and other marketing materials
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
- Website and social media management- ensure website and social media pages are up to date with all relevant information
- Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
- Develop engaging online content including social media posts, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
- Manage communications on social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter)
